RVC is heavily involved in the traditional project delivery method of design / bid / build, more commonly referred to as Lump Sum Contracting. We meticulously examine our clients’ completed contract documents and specifications, draw upon our extensive multi-state subcontractor base and provide a firm cost for your project. The lump sum cost of the project covers all labor, material, overhead and profit.
